dead box

My Irbeacon doesn't do anything, cant pair it with any device. Tried replacing the battery but still no luck, seems dead to me.

Already tried to make contact with the team, but they don't reply. Reading the posts here it becomes apparent that I'm not the only one having problems and support is basically nonexistent.

is there anything we can do to get our money back? or contact indiegogo for letting them know about this?

Re: dead box

have the same problem.

was able to connect to both of my iTBeacons

new battery is not older then a month

I was not able to program them so that they even switch my Hifi on and off.

now I cant reach them anymore.

lightblue sees my Nike+ FuelBand SE
an Apple TV that stands not in my apartment and a Unnamed device I am not able to access

WHEN WILL IT WORK?

Re: dead box

I've got a Nexus 6, but have also tried other Android phones to no avail.

Re: dead box

On Samsung Galaxy Note II pairing succeeded by holding irbeacon top facing towards phones earphone port.I think pairing is dependent on where the receivers are located on your phone and the irBeacon. I also first  paired them on phones bluetooth settings separately.
